We are now seeking an experienced, motivated, and qualified Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house operations, inspire our team, and deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1‑3 years’ experience as a Restaurant or Café Manager Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and compliance Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction Plan menus in collaboration with chefs, balancing quality, creativity, and profitability Organise and manage special events and functions Manage purchasing, pricing, and inventory in line with budgets and operational needs Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and financial transactions Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, attractive venue Interact with guests to assess satisfaction, manage feedback, and maintain strong customer relationships Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service standards Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth communication and coordination Handle reservations, greet guests, and assist with service during peak hours Contribute to the restaurant’s growth through effective sales and service strategies Why Join Us Secure full‑time role within a well‑established and growing restaurant brand Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture Opportunity to lead a passionate team and make a meaningful impact At Pizza N Pasta Planet, we believe in putting people first — our customers and our team.
