We operate with heart, inclusivity, and inspiration for pets, people, and the planet.**Job Description**Due to growth within the team, we have this exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner, supporting across Australia and New Zealand based in either our Southbank or Ballarat support office**A Peek Into Your Petstock Day*** Partnering with stakeholders to provide ongoing HR and team management support.* Providing guidance, recommendations and support on employee and HR matters, and coaching on HR processes and people management to all levels of the Petstock Group team in line with legislation, contracts, and Petstock Group policies and procedures.* Creation of employment contracts and documentation as required.* Assisting Managers in monitoring and developing expected performance outcomes - including probation, coaching, regular performance appraisals & succession planning.* Support the development & upskilling of the organisation by identifying gaps/opportunities, sourcing, developing and/or delivering training opportunities.* Preparation of a range of HR documents including reports, employee records, business recommendations, HR project plans, policies and procedures.* Provide support to the broader HR team as required.* Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience combined with HR qualifications.* A strong understanding of HR legislation across Australia and New Zealand and requirements, specifically Modern Awards.
