IT Project Manager Department of Parliamentary Services We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager to support the delivery of key technology projects at the Parliament of Victoria. Hybrid working arrangements emphasising work/life balance 12 month fixed‑term, full-time position PoV 5.2 - $124,888 – $136,747 + 12% Superannuation About the role This IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of IT and business application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. It combines hands‑on project management with stakeholder engagement and technical coordination. Deliver projects using Agile (SCRUM) and PRINCE2 methodologies, managing scope, timelines, and outcomes Coordinate business analysis, stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk mitigation activities Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, vendor management, and ensure compliance with governance standards About you You are an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record delivering business applications and transformation initiatives. You have demonstrated experience and a strong knowledge of Agile and PRINCE2. You are skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and can work independently across complex projects.
