The Company Join a leading import and distribution business known for its strong brand partnerships, national footprint and fast-moving retail environment. With a sharpened focus on operational efficiency and commercial excellence, the business is kicking off a key cost optimisation and pricing project and needs an experienced analyst who can hit the ground running. The Role This 3-4 month contract will support a full review of pricing, margins and cost drivers across the supply and distribution chain. You'll work closely with commercial, supply chain and finance teams to map cost structures, analyse inventory impacts, refine pricing models and deliver clear recommendations that drive sustainable improvements. Key responsibilities include Deep dive cost and margin analysis across product groups Reviewing pricing frameworks to support competitiveness and profitability Assessing inventory performance, stock turns and working capital impacts Identifying cost efficiencies across import, freight and distribution flows Building models, tools and insights to support commercial decision-making Your Profile You're a commercially minded analyst with strong experience in cost optimisation, pricing and data-driven problem solving. Your background includes exposure to retail or wholesale environments with a solid understanding of inventory, supply chain planning and import / distribution processes.
