It’s our playground, our innovation lab, and sometimes even our cozy café ☕ We’re looking for an Office & Culture Manager to keep our space buzzing with energy and ensure our amazing culture continues to thrive. This role is all about creating an environment where our Tactilers (that’s what we call ourselves) feel supported, inspired, and genuinely excited to come to work every day. From managing facilities and suppliers to curating well-being initiatives and planning memorable events, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the heart and soul of Tactile You’ll also lead and support our wonderful Office Assistant and Cleaning team. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer relocation support for this role. Okay, let's get more specific. Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day as our new Office & Culture Manager: Oversee and delegate daily tasks with the Office Assistant to ensure the smooth running of office operations, from supplies management to maintaining a spotless and functional office Foster a sense of community and collaboration within the team by organizing regular check-ins and team-building events Be the go-to person for resolving challenges or emergencies affecting the team or their tasks Proactively identify opportunities to improve office operations and enhance the Tactiler experience Stay updated on trends and best practices in workplace management and culture-building Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment Manage relationships and contracts with vendors and service providers Ensure all aspects of building maintenance are managed on an ongoing basis, including the alarm system, ventilation, and sewer drainage Manage relationships with neighbors with whom we share our backyard, entrance, and basement with Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment Culture and Well-Being Initiatives: Prepare and coordinate activities related to onboarding/offboarding, together with the People Business Partners Prepare office space for weekly Yoga and other well-being initiatives Prepare meeting rooms for meetings and interviews, upon request, as well as prepare for bigger in-house workshops Organize events such as Friday Bars, annual company parties, and other social gatherings Collaborate with our Head Chef and Kitchen staff on cross-functional tasks and initiatives We know this is a lot, but it highlights the crucial role this position plays in ensuring we have the best possible workplace for our teams. You’ll be the beating heart of our Copenhagen office What we’re looking for: ❤️ 2+ years of experience in office management, culture-building, or a similar role, in a creative or tech-focused industry, within a company of our size Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail A natural drive for juggling multiple shifting priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluency in English and Danish A passion for fostering community and enhancing workplace experiences “Fix-it-yourself” and "get your hands dirty" abilities You’ll make us extra excited if you also have: Proficiency in Google Suite Worked with Slack (our internal communication tool) before What’s in it for you?
