The Opportunity We're seeking a Junior Account Manager (Cadet) who's ready to build a rewarding career in construction sales and account management. Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, you'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, learning the full client lifecycle from quoting and project coordination to relationship management and delivery. This role focuses on supporting and growing existing client relationships, ensuring our service standards are maintained and our builder partners continue to see the value Buildsafe delivers. You'll also play a key part in driving growth through increased market share and share of wallet within existing clients by identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across projects and regions. About You You're enthusiastic, eager to learn and motivated by results. You take pride in your presentation and communication and you're ready to learn from experienced mentors who will help you succeed. You’ll bring: A genuine interest in construction customer service and account management Strong communication and relationship‑building skills A proactive and team‑oriented attitude Confidence engaging with clients and learning the commercial side of the role Excellent organisation and attention to detail A current driver's licence (required) Your Role Support senior Account Managers with day‑to‑day client management Assist in coordinating quotes, bookings and project follow‑ups Maintain accurate client records in the Buildsafe CRM Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project needs Assist with reports, proposals and client communication Identify opportunities to increase market share and share of wallet within existing clients What's on Offer Full‑time role with weekly pay Hands‑on training and mentoring from industry professionals Clear career pathway into Account Management Keysborough head office location Supportive team‑based culture with a focus on growth and success Access to onsite gym and Fitness Passport Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Join a team that values relationships, delivers quality and supports career growth.
