We’re looking for an enthusiastic, Graphic Designer to join our friendly and dynamic team in Brisbane. We specialise in digital marketing for restaurants, hotels and resorts across Australia. In this role, you’ll support our clients and internal teams by creating compelling visuals and marketing materials, while also assisting in various digital marketing campaigns. You will be working to maintain and grow both new and existing client relationships and will work with the in-house team and contractors to ensure that campaigns perform well and tasks are completed on-time. You’re interested in all things digital and will use your digital knowledge & design skills to support the needs of our clients and the team. Job Requirements & Expectations Design & Branding: Create eye-catching graphics, layouts, and visual identities using tools like Canva, Capcut and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience creating print‑ready artwork like flyers, signage, posters, etc. Client Collaboration: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, and over the phone to gather feedback and deliver polished design assets. Website Design and Updates: Work with popular content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) to maintain and update client websites with new graphics or design elements. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with in‑house specialists and external contractors, ensuring tasks remain on schedule and produce effective, cohesive marketing campaigns. Ongoing Development: Benefit from hands‑on training and self‑guided learning opportunities to continually strengthen both your marketing and design expertise. Visual Eye: Attention to colour, typography, and layout; excited to learn best practices in design and branding. Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with colleagues and clients—both in writing and occasionally over the phone. Tech‑Friendly: Willing to develop professional‑level skills in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) and adapt quickly to new tools or platforms. Adaptability: Flexible and open to feedback, with a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed. Time Management: Able to meet deadlines, stay organised, and balance multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously. Team Player: Enthusiastic about contributing to a friendly, collaborative environment where everyone’s ideas are valued.
