As our next Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring Swyftx to life across every touchpoint, partnering with our Senior Graphic Designer and working alongside marketing and product teams to create bold, high-quality visuals people actually want to engage with. From standout digital assets and illustrations to polished print and campaign materials, your work will help our brand and product shine in a fast-moving, creative environment where good ideas are noticed and great design really matters. Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include: Collaborate on Visual Content : Partner with teams to plan and develop engaging visual content that enhances our online presence, marketing, email, and social media activities. Deliver Fresh Design Solutions : Create innovative, high-quality designs that align with our brand. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to keep our visuals sharp and effective. Concept Development & Strategy : Produce initial concepts and contribute to brand and marketing strategy sessions, including campaign planning and brand workshops. Design Brand & Marketing Materials : Design a variety of brand assets, from business cards and promotional products to staff swag and event materials for both internal and external use. Website UI Design : Develop mockups for website pages optimised for desktop and mobile, following best practices and exploring creative solutions. Product Mockups for Digital & Print : Create product mockups for use in digital and print materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, and website imagery. File Management & Archiving : Organise and manage design files to support easy access and clear archiving for the design team. To ensure success in this role, you should possess: Solid experience working within an in-house design team, agency or design studio, contributing to end-to-end graphic design projects. You live and breathe branding and design, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies. You’re a master at getting things done cross-functionally and believe it’s about the team, not the individual. You have a passion for design-driven content advertising and consistently seek to innovate within the complex media landscape. Solid experience in Adobe Suite and Figma, with a working knowledge of motion design as a nice-to-have, though not essential. You’re a great communicator, able to collaborate effectively with a team while delivering on your role autonomously. You have a proactive approach to work, with strong organisational and time management skills.
