Graphic Designer

The Opportunity Join a high-performing design team that partners with some of the world’s most iconic leagues and sports lifestyle brands, from the NBA and NFL to the AFL. We’re now looking for a motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join our passionate Design crew, bringing fresh ideas, commercial sense, and technical expertise to the team. Your New Role As a Graphic Designer at NAR, you’ll be responsible for developing original and commercially aligned artwork across apparel and accessories. We’re after someone who has a strong portfolio of apparel experience which include vintage graphics and cartoon/caricature design illustrations and is able to deliver content which has strong alignment to the handwriting of our brands. Your work will combine creativity, precision, and technical execution to bring ideas from concept through to production, ensuring every collection meets league guidelines, and lands on time to market. You’ll have room to develop your skills, share ideas, and see your work brought to life across multiple brands and categories. Day-to-day You’ll Be Creating original graphic artwork that aligns with seasonal trend and brand direction. Designing within licensed brand parameters and league trademarks. Translating design briefs into cohesive and commercially viable collections. Preparing accurate tech packs and artwork specifications and maintaining our ERP system (3Clicks). Partnering with Merch, Sales, and Production to meet critical path deadlines. Maintaining IP and copyright compliance across all designs. Contributing to process improvements and efficiencies within the design workflow. Collaborating within a creative, supportive team environment to deliver outstanding product. You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design (required). Experienced with at least 3+ years in a similar role in apparel or textile graphic design (required). Technically strong and confident with Adobe Creative Suite and print application techniques. Skilled in illustration and able to adapt your style to suit brand handwriting. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. A proactive, self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and contributing ideas. Experienced in working with licensing, approvals, and trend translation. A natural collaborator and communicator who enjoys being part of a passionate and high-performing team.
