We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department on a full-time permanent basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engage members, and deliver commercial goals. Working closely with the Design and Marketing teams, you’ll create on-brand digital and print materials, from membership initiatives to event collateral, ensuring all creative output is clear, compelling, and aligned with our strategic objectives. As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 15 club and hotel venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG). What will your responsibilities be? Design engaging digital and print materials, including event collateral, advertising, EDMs and social media content Deliver on-brand artwork consistent across all MRC touchpoints, including the Caulfield Cup Carnival Interpret briefs creatively and apply strong layout, colour, and typography principles Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Membership and Events teams to ensure cohesive campaigns Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and quality standards Stay across design trends and contribute fresh, creative ideas Qualifications, Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Creative Industries, or related discipline Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design (in-house or agency) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft suite Interest in branding and visual identity is desirable Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills High attention to detail specifically with layout and typography Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure Experience with After Effects and a knowledge of the racing industry advantageous What’s in it for you?
