About the role As a Field/Fire suppression Service Technician at United Safety and Survivability Corporation Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the Sydney region. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our clients' equipment and systems. What you'll be doing Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of a variety of technical equipment and systems Work on the Fire suppression systems on the buses Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance activities to keep client assets in excellent working condition Document all work completed and provide detailed reports to the client and management Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and solutions Work closely with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment What we're looking for Mechanical Aptitude/ Background in Auto Electrical or Fitting or Suppression Experience working on machinery, buses, car mechanics who are willing to switch industry are welcome to apply Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise with clients Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed What we offer At United Safety and Survivability Corporation Pty Ltd., we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
