Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our customers and values a well-run kitchen. Key Responsibilities Think on your feet: Quickly assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure. Manage a team: Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve operational and service goals. Resident‑focused: Prioritise resident satisfaction and well‑being through attentive, compassionate service. Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management. Stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking. Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices. Demonstrable team management, development & leadership. Assisting the broader team as required. Regular client meetings and dietary updates. Qualifications & Desired Experience Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired). Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management. Strong communication skills. Pride in personal appearance & hygiene.
