Branch Manager – Secure Logistics & High-Value Operations Perth | Full-Time | Lead WA Operations, Shipping, Customer Delivery & Growth We are strengthening our Western Australia footprint and are recruiting a Branch Manager to lead end-to-end performance across secure logistics, high-value asset movements, shipping workflows, customer service, and workforce execution. This is the senior operational role for the WA branch, driving service quality, customer engagement, compliance uplift, and commercial results. This position sits at the centre of a regulated, high-value logistics environment with a strong customer interface. About the Role The Branch Manager owns operational stability, customer delivery, and people performance for the branch across two sites for a medium sized team. You’ll oversee a diverse operation covering secure transport, high-value handling, shipping and receiving, dispatch, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Full branch leadership across operational, customer and administrative functions. Oversight of high-value logistics, secure-asset workflows, shipping/receiving, and daily planning. Customer relationship ownership: retention, performance reviews, service improvement and escalations. Team leadership: capability management, rostering, licence/training oversight, and culture building. Operational governance: risk, audit readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance uplift. Financial and operational performance control: KPIs, productivity, and cost management. Close partnership with national operations, compliance, and commercial teams on strategy and execution. A willingness to develop into the organisation’s WA Authorised Person (licence governance role) is highly desirable. What You Bring Leadership experience in logistics, transport, secure services, aviation, warehousing, or similar operational environments. Strong commercial and operational capability: cost discipline, forecasting, performance control, and SLA delivery. High-grade customer relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients. Structured operator with strong process ownership, risk awareness, and execution discipline. Comfortable leading regulated, audit-driven operations with multiple stakeholders. Clear communication, accountability, and coaching, driving consistent performance while developing employees who seek progression in their careers at Brinks. Willingness to Obtain WA Security Officer Licence with relevant endorsements Occupational Firearms Licence (for future oversight of armed high-value operations) ASIC and other aviation‑compliance credentials The company will support training and licensing pathways for the right candidate.
