Job Summary HumanX HR is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our flexible, remote‑first team across Australia. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations matters including grievances, performance and disciplinary actions. Develop and draft policies and employment contracts. Interpret industrial instruments and legislation to provide clear guidance. Provide commercial‑lens solutions for complex ER challenges. Collaborate on internal projects spanning technology, organisational development, and L&D. Desired Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or industrial/HR practice. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable with ambiguity. Proficiency in Australian industrial relations legislation and systems. Experience with policy development, contract drafting and HR consulting.
