On-site Posted 1 day ago STRUCTURAL DRAFTER – Microstation / AUTOCAD Location: Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC Company: Australian Drafting & Design Pty Ltd Australian Drafting & Design Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Structural Drafter with strong Microstation and AutoCAD skills to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. Reporting to the Design Manager, your primary responsibility will be the production of preliminary, detailed and as-built site drawings using Microstation and AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality design drawings in a timely manner using Microstation and AutoCAD. Work closely with engineers to ensure all deliverables and design criteria are met in line with project requirements. Prepare preliminary drawings, modify existing drawings and complete as-built documentation in accordance with technical specifications and standards. Manage end-to-end drafting – from initial concept drawings through to final as-built drawings. Ensure drawings are accurate, compliant and delivered on time. Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high drafting standards. Promote a strong safety culture while providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Structural Drafter. Strong experience in a structural drafting environment (essential). Proficiency in Microstation and AutoCAD (certification or equivalent experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
