Senior Marketing Communications Manager | Sydney, Au

The purpose of this team is to deliver effective remediation communications that help to put things right for customers, drive win-back and retention, and give the bank a second chance with customers.
Lead the transformation of remediation communications through the delivery of competitive capability enhancements that generate significant commercial value Provide support to the Senior Manager Remediation, acting as delegate in their absence and serving as an approver for the team to ensure smooth workflow and team productivity Responsible for delivering effective customer first remediation experiences that drive win-back and retention Develop, track and optimise performance of remediation content across digital presences and communication channels Foster productivity and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendors Role model courage, creativity, connectivity, commerciality What do I need? Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field High proficiency in key CRM disciplines is essential Strong end-to-end campaign management skills Excellent communication and influencing skills Strong stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions Attention to detail Commercial awareness Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Resilience and the ability to work proactively with flexibility in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-stakeholder environment Strong focus on understanding customer needs and enhancing the customer journey Experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies that align with business goals Experience in leading change and driving continuous improvement Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce, or similar CRM platform is highly regarded How do I apply?
