2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Synapsewerx is supporting ourlarge Retail customer in identifying an exceptional Senior Business Analyst who can partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology and HR to shape and deliver organisation-wide change. This role is not a technical BA position . Instead, it requires a business-focused, consulting-calibre analyst capable of interpreting the impacts of technology change, defining future-state operating models and guiding business stakeholders through transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Document detailed As-Is processes across functional areas. Define To-Be processes aligned to technology and business outcomes. Facilitate workshops, working groups and stakeholder engagement sessions across multiple business streams to capture and confirm requirements. Analyse data and reporting requirements. Support business acceptance testing, including test planning and execution (when required). Support implementation and change management processes. Key Skills & Attributes Demonstrated experience as a Business-focused Senior BA (business transformation, operating model, process improvement). Proven ability to work across large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups. Strong workshop facilitation, communication and documentation capability. Experience supporting technology-enabled business change initiatives. Ability to quickly understand business context, assess impacts and drive meaningful outcomes. Prior consulting experience (Big 5 or mid-tier transformation consulting) viewed favourably. Ideal Candidate Profile A strong candidate will have: 7–12+ years’ Business Analysis experience in large-scale organisations. Prior consulting training (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture or equivalent) or enterprise transformation background. A track record of shaping business outcomes, not just documenting requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
