Dynamics 365 Program Manager The Opportunity One of Australia’s leading Retail brands is rebuilding its core IT platform - replacing a complex legacy ERP with a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem that connects finance, supply chain, retail, manufacturing and corporate functions in one place. As the D365 Program Manager , your job is to make the whole engine tick. You will be the servant leader at the centre of the program, focused on unblocking people, getting vendors and internal teams working in sync and driving delivery with a strong sense of urgency. You will work directly with the CIO, senior business stakeholders and a tier one implementation partner to take the program from discovery and design through build, test, cutover, stabilisation and continuous improvement. What you’ll do Own the end-to-end Dynamics 365 program across finance, supply chain, retail, operations and corporate functions. Shape and manage the program roadmap, phases and release plan, keeping scope, timelines and outcomes aligned Lead cross-functional teams across IT, operations and vendor partners, creating a healthy, collaborative delivery culture. Set up and run practical delivery frameworks and cadences using Azure DevOps and Jira, so everyone can see the work and move quickly. Oversee solution design, environment strategy, data migration, integrations and release management in partnership with architecture and delivery leads. Run transparent program governance, including steering committees, RAID management, decision forums and transparent, concise reporting. Drive cutover and go‑live planning, including rehearsals, readiness checks and hypercare, with a focus on reducing risk to the business. Work closely with change, training and business leaders to drive strong user adoption and measurable business benefits across stores, workshops and the head office Manage vendor relationships and performance, holding partners accountable for quality, timelines and value while keeping the team focused and unblocked. Track program budget, forecast and benefits, and provide honest, data‑driven updates to executive stakeholders What you bring 10 plus years of IT project/program management experience, with a strong track record leading large‑scale Dynamics 365 or tier one ERP programs Hands‑on experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and or related ERP workloads across complex, multi‑site environments Deep experience across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, test, cutover and post go‑live optimisation. Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile delivery, and how to apply a hybrid model in a large, multi‑stream ERP program Proven servant leader mindset, focused on supporting teams, removing blockers and making day‑to‑day delivery run smoothly rather than just reporting status. Practical experience using Azure DevOps and or Jira to manage backlogs, sprints, releases, RAIDs and reporting Solid grasp of enterprise process, data and integration concepts, and how they apply within a Dynamics 365 landscape Comfortable engaging with C‑level stakeholders and senior business leaders, while staying close enough to the detail to make good delivery decisions Experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain or similar operational environments is highly regarded.
