About The Role We’re looking for compassionate and committed Care/Support Workers to join our North Coast team in Stockton & Surrounding Suburbs. You’ll support people to live safely and independently in their homes, offering help that makes a real difference. You'll also enjoy variety, flexible hours and meaningful work close to home. What You’ll Be Doing Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting) Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep) Transport to appointments or social outings Companionship and emotional support Supporting people with complex needs (Autism, Bipolar, BPD, physical disabilities) Who We’re Looking For Compassionate, reliable and proactive A great communicator and active listener Someone who takes initiative and works well independently Comfortable travelling to multiple client homes in the region Essential Requirements Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related field Working With Children Check National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Valid Australian driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations) Australian work rights What We Offer Casual role with flexible hours Hourly pay: $38.91 – $44.96 + penalties Supportive, close-knit team environment Work close to home Rewarding work that directly impacts people's lives Application Question If you do not currently have First Aid, CPR, WWCC or a National Police Check, are you willing to obtain these prior to commencing work?
