Manager Personal Injury Finance 12-Month Secondment Job No : Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Melbourne - Inner Suburbs & CBD Max Term Full Time Finance & Treasury Pay Band 6 Lead finance strategy for CTP & Workers Compensation Hybrid working with flexible leave options Career growth in a supportive leadership environment As Manager Personal Injury Finance youll lead finance business partnering and claims performance reporting for CTP and Workers Compensation. Youll manage a team of eight deliver strategic insights and empower leaders to achieve business goals. This is a 12-month Secondment opportunity in Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne. What Youll Do Lead finance business partnering for Personal Injury Insurance delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and performance outcomes Oversee monthly close processes and ensure accurate reporting across P&L BAU and project spend Lead claims performance reporting and analysis for CTP and Workers Compensation Develop annual budgets and forecasts ensuring robust expense allocation and project forecasting Provide expert financial modelling and advice for projects and business cases to support growth and innovation Mentor and coach a high-performing team fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance finance processes and reporting efficiency What Youll Bring Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA / CA qualifications desirable Extensive experience in financial services with proven leadership in operational and strategic contexts Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and seasoned business judgment Expertise in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships across senior leadership teams If you require any support and adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process or in the workplace we encourage you to contact for a confidential conversation.
