Overview Specialist - Happiness Delivery Key Account Services at On. Join to apply for the Specialist - Happiness Delivery Key Account Services role at On. As an On Customer Service Representative for our Key Accounts, your number one job is to ensure our key players are happy. You will be the first point of contact for our Sales team and warehouse regarding account shipments and their vendor routing guidelines. You will process orders via Microsoft Dynamics D365 (ERP) and Salesforce. You will be assigned specific accounts to work with and serve as the contact for all account communication pertaining to shipments via phone, email and our CRM systems. Each shipment you handle, you will aim to WOW our key partners and strive to find a customised solution when errors arise. You will bring experience in the sporting goods industry, operational excellence, and strong attention to detail. You are skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel with experience using vendor portals. You will work with a core team at On Oceania in Melbourne and interact with other relevant teams. Responsibilities Work with multiple systems including Microsoft Dynamics D365, Salesforce, Back Stage and vendor portals Manage key account orders, shipments and invoicing; manage open orders Transfer information between Salesforce and D365 Resolve issues in a timely manner for assigned key accounts Communicate daily with our 3PL warehouse regarding key account shipments and guidelines Communicate daily with the key account sales team and logistics team about inventory, orders and shipping windows Demonstrate high energy and ownership in supporting the account sales team Other duties as required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of work experience in a customer-oriented environment, including Account Services collaboration; passion for delivering a high-class customer experience Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships across internal teams and external partners; focus on process optimization and continuous improvement Experience with vendor portals and routing guidelines; collaboration with logistics providers and warehouse operations is a plus Strong attention to detail with analytical, data-driven decision making Ability to brainstorm methods to improve account experiences with urgency to deliver WOW Experience with customer service systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics D365, BI Platforms, Excel) preferred Experience working with premium brands preferred What We Offer On is a place centered around growth and progress.
