Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts – Burwood NSW Skye Restaurant and Bar (Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood) is seeking a vibrant, dynamic and energetic Bar Supervisor to join the team and play a part in delivering a memorable experience within one of Sydney's premier rooftop bars Responsibilities Attend meetings with management and team regarding operations Source and train staff to best fit the bar's needs Schedule staff in an efficient manner to best cover the demands of the customers Communicate with vendors to assure the appropriate amount of products are on hand for the forecasted demand Resolve all staff conflicts swiftly and properly Assure all transactions and banking are conducted with no variance Work shifts required to meet the needs of the bar. This may include nights, weekends and holidays Spend busy nights proactively managing customers to ensure their dining experience is the best Qualifications 4+ years in the Hospitality industry 2+ years of leadership capacity across Food & Beverage and/or Hotel Operations Current RSA Certifications A history of running a profitable bar Knowledge of modern POS systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
