We are currently seeking a compassionate Therapy Assistant (known internally as Personal Care Worker - Therapy) to join our home care team at Springhaven Lodge in Kojonup on a part-time basis. About the role Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
