Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Therapy Assistant based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Therapy Assistant will support therapy sessions by assisting with rehabilitation exercises, monitoring patient progress, and providing essential care under the supervision of qualified therapists. Other responsibilities include collaborating with team members to tailor programs and ensuring effective communication with clients and their families. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members Knowledge and experience in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Understanding of Rehabilitation techniques and the ability to assist in their implementation Focus on Patient Care with the ability to provide support in a professional and empathetic manner A positive attitude, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and flexibility to adapt to clients’ individual needs Certificate or diploma in therapy assistance, healthcare, or a related field (preferred) Experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
