Implementations Manager (Onboarding Executive) Join Quantaco in this crucial role that interfaces directly with clients to onboard and optimise our hospitality management system. About the Role This role involves serving as the first point of contact for new clients and managing their full onboarding journey, ensuring smooth transition to the BAU team. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for new clients and manage their full onboarding journey Project‑manage end‑to‑end onboarding across Quantaco and partner technologies Deliver clear, engaging on‑site and remote training sessions Drive product adoption and support change‑management activities Configure, implement, and optimise technology solutions across multiple clients Build strong relationships and provide creative, practical solutions Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates Ensure a smooth, organised handover to the BAU team Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in SaaS onboarding, software or payroll implementations, customer success, or technical support Demonstrated project‑management experience, ideally across multiple clients or technology rollouts Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders High technical aptitude and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously Ideally, experience with hospitality software and payroll/HR systems such as Employment Hero, Deputy, Tanda, KeyPay, Lightyear, or similar Strong stakeholder and time‑management skills Desirable: experience using project‑management or CRM tools such as Workday or HubSpot Benefits & Perks Competitive salary plus up to 20% discretionary performance bonus Hybrid working, birthday leave, and paid maternity/paternity leave Wellness discounts through our benefits portal Fortnightly collaboration days, team events, and a commitment to inclusion Study assistance, a structured development framework, and our Women at Quantaco initiative to support diverse career progression External learning and mental‑health programmes Flexible work – 2 days WFH per week Birthday leave Laptop stipend Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Quantaco you’ll join a collaborative, curious, and impact‑driven team where your work genuinely helps improvement in hospitality businesses.
