Mercedes-Benz Ringwood is seeking an experienced and passionate Receptionist and Guest Relations to join our prestige Dealership with a nationally leading automotive group, Eagers Automotive. In this critically important role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all dealership customers in a polite and professional manner as the first point of contact. We are seeking someone that exudes professionalism, shows initiative, and is passionate about our brand. The main objective of this role is to ensure the smooth and effective running of Sales reception and customer lounge. Guest Relations will ensure that all customers receive the highest level of customer service during their experience at Mercedes-Benz Ringwood. Your major responsibilities will include: Maintain the Front of House area by providing a 5-star experience whilst meeting and greeting all guest Manage incoming telephone calls and enquiries Manage catering and refreshments for all guests Ensuring the professional image of the Dealership is maintained at all times The successful candidate will have: Experience in a Dealership, Corporate or hospitality environment is essential Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dealership, corporate or hospitality environment Impeccable presentation; a cheerful, warm and friendly disposition Excellent computer and IT skills Proven ability to work autonomously and in periods of high demand Polished and a strong team player If you are ready for the challenge, we want to hear from you.
