Guest Relations Specialist CBRE is the world's leading and largest commercial real‑estate services and investment firm. Within our Global Workplace Solutions division (GWS), we offer a full‑time Guest Relations Specialist role in Sydney CBD. What You'll Do Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a seamless arrival experience Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling, feedback management, standards & client service delivery Rotate across locations as required and oversee day‑to‑day functions Coordinate same‑day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements requested by the client Manage MRBS – assist with booking, cancellations and amendments Support the Guest Relations Executive with feedback for performance reviews and ensure objectives are met Management of workspace, ensuring operational standards are maintained & improved Assist Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties, project work or recruitment as needed Provide leadership support in the absence of the Guest Relations Executive/Manager for reports/BCP auditing, etc Provide all client feedback in a timely manner, addressing issues as appropriate What You'll Need Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the company values Approachable, genuine, skilled in fostering positive relationships at all levels Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and Outlook skills Dedicated to exceptional customer service with a client‑centric approach Previous room booking, concierge, reception and/or coordination experience in a corporate reception, five‑star hotel or premium services environment highly regarded Why CBRE When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real‑estate services and investment.
