You will work on high profile advisory**,** investigation, transactional and litigation matters spanning the full range of employment issues.* Recognised experience in the employment law field gained in a similar environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team – we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in complex advices, incentive plans, transfer of business advise and drafting, investigations and executive employment matters* Experience representing employers in employment disputes in the Fair Work Commission and other courts and tribunals* Excellent analytical, communication and drafting skills - to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice and draft complex legal agreements* Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability - you will play a key role in supporting and actively developing our relationships with our clients* Team focus - to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships* Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities - participating in practice development programs and developing strategic relationships and networks* First rate experience in the preparation of advice and drafting documentsAs a Senior Associate within the team you will be expected to contribute to the development of the practice and be actively involved in both internal and external client and industry initiatives. You will assist in supervising more junior staff and, as part of the team, allocate resources to ensure the efficient and effective utilisation of solicitor skill sets.
