Previous experience as an outlet manager, preferably in the veterinary, retail, or healthcare industry(but not required)You will oversee a large team, therefore exceptional people skills and proven leadership skills are a mustExperience with shifts, and drafting/managing schedulesGood management and leadership skills with the ability to set priorities, delegate, motivate and develop the hospital and team to become top performers in the communityYou must be a client service professional, who puts the client first at all timesAn experienced people manager, who has hired, trained and held people accountable for their performanceDeveloped emotional intelligence to be able to contain emotional situations around the clinicSolid communication skills, both when dealing with clients and interpersonal relationshipsCollaboration skills demonstrating a strong desire to build rapport and solid relationships with team members, clients and the communityFinancial skills to understand the needs of the business and the importance of growing revenues and controlling expensesPassion for what you do every day Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude are a mustThe Clinic managers are the gatekeepers of the clinic and they will be fully supported by the Operations Director, with access to different resources, including continuous training and development to support and ensure their success in managing the clinic.
