Operations Manager - Community & Aged Care Services Permanent Full-Time | Goulburn Our client is seeking a hands‑on leader who enjoys being actively involved in the day‑to‑day operations and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. About the Role As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day service delivery across multiple regions, leading teams to achieve excellence in care, compliance, and operational outcomes. This is a leadership role where you will drive performance, mentor staff, and ensure programmes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with senior management to implement strategic goals and foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continual improvement. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Manager or similar professional looking to step into a broader leadership role. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership across NDIS, Aged Care, and community service teams Oversee compliance, audits, and risk management frameworks Monitor budgets, reporting, and operational performance Support and mentor Coordinators, Service Delivery, and Compliance teams Lead workforce planning, staff development, and performance management Promote collaboration, communication, and engagement across all levels About You Proven leadership experience within health, community, or aged care sectors Strong understanding of NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards Excellent communication, people management, and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities while fostering a positive workplace culture Current driver's licence, NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check About Us Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and is made up of industry‑specific verticals with specialist consultants working to help match great candidates with great career opportunities.
