Required Skills Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience in government procurement (Commonwealth), specifically in preparing and reviewing procurement documents such as approval documents, requests for quotes, evaluation reports, work orders, and purchase orders. Proven experience leading and managing procurement processes, including ICT assets, systems integration providers, and services consulting. Experience in developing and managing supplier contracts and resolving problems using vendor and procurement management expertise. Knowledge and experience of government procurement legislation and organizational policies to conduct ICT vendor management. Ability to prepare procurement documentation, undertake sourcing strategies, and support evaluation and client contract negotiations. Experience in analyzing cloud spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost optimization strategies. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Understanding of the commercial IT environment. Must hold and maintain a minimum NV1 security clearance. Must satisfy a Nuclear Mindset Suitability Assessment (NMSA). Criteria The candidate must provide a one-page pitch addressing all criteria, including their experience related to the required skills, a recent CV, and two recent referees.
