This position suits an EL1-level professional with strong capability in Commonwealth procurement frameworks and contract lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Lead complex procurement and contract management activities. Prepare tender and contract documentation, schedules and risk assessments. Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement. Apply CPRs, PGPA Act and government contract principles. Engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders. What You Need NV2 or higher clearance (mandatory). Proven experience in Commonwealth procurement and contract management. Strong writing, communication and stakeholder skills.
