The Opportunity We’re looking for passionate Lecturers—full‑time, part‑time, or casual—to teach in our Master of Social Work (Qualifying) program. Reporting to the Academic Lead, you’ll deliver engaging, research‑informed teaching, contribute to curriculum quality, and support the success of future social work professionals. What You’ll Do Deliver high‑quality lectures, workshops, discussions, and assessments. Support student learning and track progress with accurate academic records. Work closely with the Course Coordinator/Academic Lead and colleagues to ensure consistent delivery. Identify and assist students experiencing academic challenges. Develop and update learning materials that boost student engagement. Contribute to course administration, assessment design, and quality compliance. Mark assessments and return results promptly. Innovate teaching approaches and collaborate on course enhancements. Participate in team meetings, orientation, and induction activities. What You Bring PhD in Social Work or related Human and Community Services discipline (minimum 2 years of tertiary teaching preferred). Relevant industry experience aligned with teaching content.
