Your next role We are seeking an Administration and Accounts Assistant who is looking for stability, variety, and great working conditions. This is a part‑time role at 3 days per week with the potential to go full‑time. You will provide hands‑on support across administration and accounts. Accounts payable and receivable (invoices, purchase orders, expense claims). Reception and front‑of‑office support. Preparation and collating invoices for payment. Assisting with vendor/customer enquiries. Cash‑handling and banking. General administrative tasks including filing, dropping mail at the post office and system maintenance. About you We are looking for a self‑starter with a good attitude who is reliable, responsible and a general all‑rounder with an eye for detail and willingness to pitch in to get the job done. Key attributes include: 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in accounts payable/receivable functions. Excellent computer skills and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The ability to work autonomously. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi‑task and meet deadlines. Why Basset Barks?
