Responsibilities: Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment Build positive relationships with children and families Work under the guidance of Lead Educators Qualifications & Attributes: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum) Current Blue Card Strong teamwork and communication skills Passion for outdoor, nature-based education Lead Educator Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
