Male Disability Support Worker - Glass House Mountains Regular Thursday mornings (6:00am to 2:00pm) & Christmas Shifts Within 30‑minute travel distance from Glass House Mountains. Passionate, Caring, and Driven Disability Support Workers. Preferably has a Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work. You embody our ethos of Dignity, Respect, Individualised, Visionary and Engaging. You are dedicated to providing high quality care. A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities. You have or can obtain the following: Blue Card and NDIS Screening / Yellow Card First Aid and CPR Certificate Driver's License Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance Benefits and Salary $30 - $40 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus penalty rates and super Flexible working hours and option to choose your own availability Part-time and full-time future opportunities Paid training Do not have qualifications but want to get into the industry?
