About the Role This senior finance leadership role oversees statutory reporting, group consolidation, and financial governance across a complex organisation. Key responsibilities include: Leading preparation of Group statutory financial statements and regulatory reporting. Overseeing month-end close, consolidations, balance sheet, cashflow, and capex reporting. Driving ERP financial reporting and fixed asset workstreams, from design to post-go-live support. Strengthening financial controls, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity. Leading process improvements and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and IFRS standards. Mentoring a small team of finance specialists and providing guidance across the business. The Successful Candidate We’re looking for a seasoned accounting leader with: CA/CPA qualification and a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business. Experience in a Big 4 or Mid tier Accounting firm. Significant experience in statutory reporting and group consolidations. Strong knowledge of IFRS, compliance frameworks, and ERP implementations (Oracle preferred). Experience with audits, Board reporting, and financial controls. Leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills. You thrive in dynamic environments, can manage ambiguity, and are passionate about continuous improvement. What’s on Offer Senior leadership role with visibility across the organisation.
