Graphic Designer (Parental Leave Contract) Boody is looking for Graphic Designer to join us on a 13 month fixed-term Parental Leave contract. As Boody’s Graphic Designer, you will form a key part of the Creative and Design team, bringing our brand to life through compelling and on‑brand visuals. This role works closely with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams and cross‑functionally with the wider business to design engaging content across various digital and print mediums. What is this role all about? Create visually engaging and cohesive designs that align with Boody’s brand identity and tone of voice. Collaborate with the Creative and Design, Social, Brand and Digital Marketing functions to develop assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads. Execute briefs from the Wholesale Team to drive varied initiatives feeding into execution of the Wholesale strategy. Carry out a range of general photoshop and retouching of imagery. Design print materials, including packaging, brochures, and in‑store marketing collateral. Assist in creating assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives. Ensure consistency and quality across all visual touchpoints. Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. Support the Marketing and eCommerce teams with design needs and asset creation both on a planned and ad hoc basis. Support the creative lead with photoshoots (planning, pre‑production and post‑production). Carry out ad hoc and ongoing general administrative tasks to support the Creative and Design team resources. 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or retail sector. Skilled in Adobe CC, Photoshop, Imagery Retouching, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva and Sketch Skilled Motion Design is also desirable Experience with web and digital design (social media, email marketing, web banners). Experience creating assets for print and packaging Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices is a plus. Attention to detail and an eye for clean, elevated design that resonates with our brand. Ability to work to tight deadlines, collaborate well with others, and manage time effectively.
