Student Recruitment and Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lennox College as a Sales and Marketing Executive. In this full‑time role based in Parramatta, NSW, you will play a key role in driving the college's marketing and sales strategies to promote its diverse range of course offerings and attract prospective students. This role may require occasional travel as needed for business activities and student recruitment events. What you'll be doing Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to effectively reach and engage the college's core student audience. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing education/migration agents locally and internationally. Drive international student recruitment to meet monthly enrolment targets. Collaborating with the broader marketing team to create compelling content that showcases the unique benefits of studying at Lennox College. Liaising with the admissions team to generate qualified sales leads and convert prospective students into enrolments. Monitoring campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to optimise marketing activities continuously. Identifying new opportunities to expand the college's reach and attract students from diverse backgrounds. Contributing to the development of the college's overall marketing and sales strategy. What we're looking for Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, ideally within the international education sector. Strong understanding of the education landscape and the needs of prospective students. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. A basic understanding of the ESOS Act, National Code, and student visa regulations is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to inform marketing decisions. Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.
