With a strong focus on career‑oriented, practical training, we offer a range of high‑demand qualifications across Automotive, Community Services, Childcare, Hospitality, Construction, Business and IT. We are now seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead student recruitment activities—both onshore and offshore—through education agents, digital marketing and engagement campaigns. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate information and counselling to prospective students regarding course options, entry requirements, visa conditions and study pathways, while building strong, trust‑based relationships with both students and education agents. Execute targeted student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment goals for CRICOS‑approved courses. Build, strengthen and maintain productive relationships with onshore and offshore education agents. Plan and implement multi‑channel sales initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, expos and agent visits. Strengthen SIC’s digital presence through effective social media management, content creation, email marketing and online engagement campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Enhance and protect the SIC brand through consistent, quality engagement and communications. Support the execution of SIC’s comprehensive marketing strategy across domestic and international markets. Monitor agent performance to ensure alignment with SIC’s recruitment objectives. Collaborate closely with the SIC Operations team to ensure smooth application and enrolment processes. Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign outcomes, lead conversions, agent activity and market trends. About You Proven experience in student recruitment, sales or education marketing (CRICOS sector highly regarded). Strong agent network (onshore or offshore) and a track record of delivering results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office. Positive attitude, self‑motivated and results‑driven. Why Join SIC?
