Albright Institute of Business and Language – Sydney CBD NSW Albright Institute of Business and Language (AIBL) is looking for a confident and driven Training Programs Sales & Marketing Officer who will be responsible for student recruitment and marketing initiatives across our training programs – including the Professional Year, VET short courses, and international study tours. In this exciting, fast‑paced role, you will combine strategic marketing with hands‑on sales to grow enrolments and strengthen partnerships. You'll manage campaigns, engage directly with students and education agents, attend events, and ensure every lead is nurtured from first contact through to enrolment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, achieving targets, and working within a purpose‑driven education environment. This role will be based across multiple locations including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver weekly marketing campaigns, activations, and outreach events to generate qualified leads. Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students, agents, and institutional partners. Conduct structured follow‑ups and consultations to drive enrolments and meet conversion targets. Maintain accurate CRM records of all marketing and sales interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all promotional content and communications align with brand and compliance standards. Represent Albright at education fairs, career expos, and partner events. Prepare reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and conversion outcomes. Ensure all activities comply with Australian Consumer Law, Australian Privacy Principles, and RTO/CRICOS standards. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the education or training industry. Minimum 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience is required. Demonstrated success in lead generation, relationship management, and conversion‑focused sales. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities. Confident using CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Australian work rights are required for this position. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Minimum one marketing campaign or activation per week. Minimum ten qualified sales calls per day.
