If this sounds like you, come and join us About the role As Sales Programs Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the design, coordination, and delivery of strategic sales initiatives that power growth across all segments. Your work will ensure our sales teams operate at peak performance-boosting productivity, strengthening pipeline health, and enhancing customer engagement. This role follows Vocus' hybrid working model (two days per week in the office) and may include occasional travel for planning workshops. No security clearance or shift work required-just a passion for enabling success and making an impact. As our business evolves, your responsibilities may shift to meet new priorities, but here's what you'll focus on: Program Delivery & Execution - Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide sales programs, including growth plays, retention initiatives, productivity uplift, and innovative "bridge the gap" ideas. Sales Cadence - Design and manage the rhythm of business across the sales organization to keep teams aligned and focused. Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with Segment GTM, Enablement, Finance, and Marketing to align priorities and track execution of key initiatives. Performance Tracking & Reporting - Monitor program KPIs and adoption metrics, providing actionable insights to sales leaders for continuous improvement. Change Enablement - Drive communication and rollout of new sales tools, processes, and initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and engagement. Sales Engagement - Collaborate with Enablement and Mission teams to embed programs into the sales experience and deliver better customer outcomes. Governance & Communication - Manage stakeholder updates, executive reporting, and status tracking for all active programs to maintain transparency and accountability. What You'll Bring To thrive in this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands on execution and a passion for driving results. Core Skills - Program & Project Management - Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to delivery. Stakeholder Management - Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing at all levels. Sales Process Expertise - Deep understanding of sales methodologies and operational frameworks. Analytical Mindset - Comfortable turning data into actionable insights that drive performance. Collaboration & Influence - A natural team player who can align cross functional priorities. Tech Savvy - Proficient in Salesforce and reporting tools to support data driven decisions. Experience - 7+ years in program management, sales operations, or commercial execution roles. Track record - Delivering cross functional sales initiatives in complex B2B, telco, or ICT environments. Demonstrated success - Driving adoption of new sales methodologies, tools, or processes. Familiarity - Sales rhythms and performance frameworks. Strong ability to translate strategy into executable, measurable programs.
