Central office location near South Melbourne Market, with access to excellent perks such as on‑site parking, gym membership discounts, EAP support, and so much more What You Will Be Doing This role is based around assisting the buyer in completing and executing long and short‑term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting and managing samples. Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations. Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP. Assist in developing and sourcing new products, including signing reviewing and approving artwork. Serve as the primary contact for the department’s Master Data & ECommerce queries. Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience. Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation. Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems. Source inspiration for projects for catalogues. Manage samples for marketing and maintain the sample archive. About You Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (preferred). Experience/Background within Buying Assistant roles. A genuine interest in craft products and the creative industry. A proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving, always looking to improve processes. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
