We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Buyer to join our team and help curate the latest trends while bringing our accessories collections to life. Key Responsibilities Research and analyse market trends to identify new product and category opportunities Support the Buyer in developing and executing buying strategies to drive sales and profitability Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers Assist with sample management, cost negotiations, and range building Partner closely with the merchandising team to ensure effective product flow and stock management Monitor sell-through rates and provide insights to guide future buys Skills & Experience Previous experience in a buying or merchandising role (fashion or accessories experience highly regarded) Strong commercial awareness and an eye for trends Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and insights Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or fashion (preferred) 50% off HARLI + HARPA product Quarterly product allowance Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Purchasing and Supply Chain Industries Retail Find out more about HARLI + HARPA by checking out our Instagram @harliandharpa and website harliandharpa.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
