National Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics

About the role : We are looking for a highly motivated, client centric, outcome focussed OT Clinical Leader with strong Paediatrics experience to join our expanding team and be instrumental in the growth and support of our Paediatric OT's on a National scale. You will be a leader in your field when it comes to providing a client centric and evidence-based service. We would like you to be well versed in completing assessments and tailoring best practice interventions. You will be able to assist with building on the training resources that already exist within the business. The role will require you to lead and mentor staff across multiple areas of practice. You will provide pivotal input for the development of business processes for future OT's This role will have an extensive focus on professional development and career mapping. To be successful : Bachelor or Masters of Occupationalp> NDIS experience and understanding is essential A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution Experience working with paediatric and adult clients Current driver's licence and registered vehicle AHPRA Registration Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded Why work with us?
