IT Support Analyst Location: Morningside, QLD Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Senior (4+ years) We’re seeking aproactive and technically skilled IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic, multi-office engineering environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about supporting users and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and resolve incidents via our IT ticketing system within SLAs. Deliver clear, user-friendly technical guidance. Perform system maintenance, updates, and security enhancements. Deploy and configure hardware, software, and peripherals. Maintain documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base. Support after-hours systems and ensure service continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Mentor junior staff and support team development. Uphold HSEQ standards and company values. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 years in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Valid C Class Driver’s Licence.
