We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internal Recruiter) with proven experience connecting, communicating, and generating talent — whether it’s on the phone, over email, or face-to-face. Joining our HR team, you’ll lead the charge on finding, engaging, and hiring top talent across the country. From mobile tyre technicians on the road to admin roles at HQ, you’ll help build the team that drives our success. What you’ll do Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles nationwide Write engaging ads that cut through the noise Source candidates proactively through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach Screen and interview candidates with care, warmth, and professionalism Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers and candidates informed at every stage Deliver an exceptional candidate experience — no matter the outcome Look for ways to improve the hiring process and strengthen our employer brand Report on recruitment activity and insights to the HR Generalist Who you are 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal) Confident, organised, approachable, and calm under pressure Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities at once Creative thinker who loves trying new ways to attract talent Passionate about people — and about getting the details right Understands that great hiring starts with a great experience Why you’ll love working here A growing eCommerce brand with big goals — and support to match A culture that’s open to new ideas and better ways of working National reach, real impact Based at our National Support Centre in Keysborough (on site parking) Sound like you?
