About the role We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is driven by strategically partnering with the business, championing our employer brand and sourcing great talent to add to our award-winning culture. You’ll join a Talent Acquisition team of three and be part of the wider People & Culture department of eleven. We’re collaborative, outcomes-focused, like to have a laugh and put effort into absolutely everything we do. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key part of our team and work in collaboration with their business unit leaders, covering responsibilities such as: Managing end-to-end recruitment (entry to senior level) and candidate experience. Partner with local and interstate leadership teams to define recruitment needs and provide advice on brand, market movements, hiring and trends. Proactively sourcing passive candidates and building talent pools. Maintaining candidate and process data in the ATS and reports. Be the SHAPE LinkedIn Guru to map the market. Be part of the annual Building Cadet intake. Utilising metrics and analytics to provide insights into hiring trends. Identifying areas for improvement and rolling out projects to enhance how we work. About you You’re a natural collaborator who thinks big picture. Taking ownership of your stakeholder groups across Australia - from being hands‑on administrative to strategically sourcing talent and advising leaders. That said, we would also love someone who has: 4+ years of recruitment or HR experience (construction is a bonus) Ability to build & maintain relationships locally and remotely Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Can‑do attitude, comfortable working with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organisational and administration skills. Capacity to travel interstate a few times per year and work within different Australian time zones. We’re open to this role being based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
