The Job Description Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Utilise various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems with accurate candidate information. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. The Successful Applicant A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have: Proven experience in recruitment within the property or human resources industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. A proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent.
