Join to apply for the Business Analyst - South Bank, QLD role at Flight Centre Travel Group Purpose We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements, to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products. The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, documenting process, design and architecture, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. You should also be knowledgeable in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, and experienced in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities.
